Highfield and Brookham Schools

Highfield Lane, Liphook, GU30 7LQ

A leading Pre-prep and Prep School in Liphook for boys and girls aged 2-13, situated in 175 acres on the borders of Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex. A nurturing family environment where learning is ambitious, and which prepares children for the country’s top day and boarding schools.

Heads’ Welcome

We have a long tradition of welcoming military families to Highfield and Brookham Schools. We recognise that military life can disrupt children’s education and we provide families a long-term, stable and nurturing environment where children thrive and develop their potential.

Children at Highfield and Brookham are stimulated and challenged within an exceptionally caring and nurturing environment. We place huge importance on pastoral care and this empowers our children to feel secure, to be themselves, and enables them to form genuine friendships.

We offer a progressive curriculum of varied and dynamic content combined with first-rate teachers who ignite enquiring minds and develop creative problem solvers. The breadth of our co-curricular activities exposes our children to an astonishing diversity of opportunities, whether they enjoy competing on the sports field, playing at our music concerts, performing on our stage, or getting creative in our DT or Art studios.

All children (day and boarding) attend Saturday school and Saturday sports fixtures, after which the boarders have a fun and varied weekend activities programme. Boarding is available from Year 4 when children join our Junior Boarding House, a cosy family home where they can ease into a quieter, encouraging environment before moving up to the Senior Boarding House in Year 6. Many families, beyond the armed forces, choose to board with us and soon find themselves part of a supportive and extended family.

Generous forces family discounts are available.
